EyeRelief is built with privacy as a core principle. The application
runs entirely on your Mac and does not collect, transmit, or store
any personal data on external servers. All user
preferences—such as your chosen reminder interval and exercise
settings—are saved locally using macOS standard user defaults
and never leave your device.
The application does not incorporate analytics frameworks, tracking
pixels, crash-reporting services, or any third-party SDKs that
communicate with remote endpoints. No information about your usage
patterns, exercise history, or system configuration is sent
anywhere.
Should this policy change in a future release, you will be notified
through the application's update notes or on the official website
before any new data practices take effect. Your continued use of the
application after such notification constitutes acceptance of the
revised policy.

Terms and Conditions
By using EyeRelief, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by the following terms.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether
express or implied, including but not limited to the implied
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
non-infringement. The developers do not warrant that the application
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
EyeRelief is not a medical device and does not provide medical
advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises and reminders
incorporated in the application are informed by published clinical
studies and general wellness recommendations; however, they should
not be considered a substitute for professional ophthalmological
consultation or any other form of qualified medical guidance. If you
experience persistent eye discomfort or any change in vision,
discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare provider
promptly.
In no event shall EyeRelief or its affiliates, officers, employees,
or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages—including without
limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible
losses—arising out of or in connection with your access to,
use of, or inability to use the application. Your use of the
application is at your sole risk and discretion.
EyeRelief reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Updated terms will be made available within the application or on
the official website. Continued use of the application following any
such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Legal Form and Ownership
EyeRelief is developed and published by EyeRelief SP ZOO, a limited
liability company registered under Polish law.
All intellectual property rights in and to the EyeRelief
application, including its name, logo, design, and source code, are
owned by EyeRelief. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or
modification of any part of the application is prohibited without
prior written consent.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising under or in
connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in Rzeszów, Poland.
