EyeRelief mobile application
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EyeRelief mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using EyeRelief, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
EyeRelief provides guided audio experiences and responsive visuals intended to support general eye wellness during screen-heavy days. The application is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Some catalog items may be marked as previews or coming soon. These items describe experiences or hardware-assisted features planned for future releases and are not part of the currently available service.
EyeRelief is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its exercises and sessions are informed by published research and general wellness guidance, but they are not a substitute for professional ophthalmological or other qualified medical advice.
Stop a session immediately if it causes pain, dizziness, nausea, unusual visual symptoms, or other discomfort. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, dryness, or any change in vision, discontinue use and consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Use the application only when it is safe to focus on its instructions. Do not use it while driving, operating machinery, or performing any activity that requires your full attention.
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
All intellectual property rights in the EyeRelief application, including its name, logo, design, audio, visuals, text, and source code, are owned by or licensed to EyeRelief Sp. z o.o. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the application is prohibited without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EyeRelief Sp. z o.o. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the application.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
EyeRelief is developed and published by EyeRelief Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered under Polish law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available under the law applicable to them.
